Poor Rosie seems to have scratched a good patch of her stripe off. She has really been scratching on the brushes and the old lilac trees … I’ve searched her fur and cannot find any critters crawling around. Even her skin seems to not be irritated … just devoid of fur. I’m going to have to keep an eye on her. The Evening Primrose are blooming in the back yard – in the shade of the woods. They always seem to glow this time of year. Randy is out back baling hay. Not so good on that front. Ten bales from a field that normally would yield twice that. I think hay prices will need to go up this year!
